Version 4.0.1 Beta

This beta contains just the control builds. The 4.0.0 release must be installed first. These 4.0.1 control builds can then be unzipped over the older builds in the \Bin subdirectory.
The 4.0.1 version has the following additions/changes:
Support for regular expressions for the LexParams SLCommentStart, BlockStart, and BlockEnd properties so that multiple comment or block markers can be passed (separated by '|' characters).
Fix for minor glitch with margin repainting of block markers which occured with some text deletion sequences.
New document option flag called svNoGroupingWhitespace which can be set to stop the addition of whitespace lines following collapsible blocks.
